At Jadevix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Jadevix account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
